“We selected Risen Construction to remodel our bathroom since they offered a competitive price and Victor’s specialty in plumbing. When he came for the project evaluation he was well prepared with the tools needed, and asked us questions that we had not even considered. He helped us finalized the design and list of materials and help us figure out the amount of material and accounted for waste.
After we received the material, we met with Victor again to confirm the project details and timeline. After seeing the tile size selected, he acquired additional help from a tile expert.
Once the project started, Victor provided a daily status updates. He kept us informed of issues (common with remodel projects) and helped us by providing options for us to select when issues arose. For example, we selected 30 x 30 tile for the floor and shower, so there was a lot of waste due to the cuts. Victor warned us about not having enough tile to cover the wall sides and provided us options along with the trade-offs. We ended up using different material on the wall sides and kept the project on track. By the way, I love how the alternative material looks!
Victor provided us an excellent remodeling experience. He was honest, very knowledgeable, and his work ethic was impeccable. He made us our dream bathroom! The remodel took place in late 2017 and I’m still very satisfied with the work.

“HOA required that we paint our “faded” shutters. We called Risen Construction for an estimate and they provided a very competitive price.
We worked with Victor and he was patient with us since we selected the wrong paint colors which meant additional trips to the paint store and delayed start date.
After we finally got the right colors, he completed the job in a couple of days. He painted the shutters, front door, bottom brick wall and stairwell.
He left the exterior of our home looking like new. We would highly recommend Risen Construction!”
